Wall Street Nightclub has SO GRACIOUSLY donated the use of their third-floor warehouse space to the Flaggots for winter rehearsals! The space is just what FO needed to get the season started before the weather cooperates for outdoor practice sessions. Flaggots Ohio cannot overstate our appreciation to Wall Street for this kindness! Matt Eisert (Flaggots Ohio Director) said, "Wall Street owner Jill McDonald and her staff ROCK!  They have been so kind and helpful in a Win / Win / Win sort of fashion.  After discovering the 3rd floor space while rehearsing for a Mary Ann Brandt Show 2 yrs back, Jill and Staff gave us permission to use that space whenever the staff was on site.  We then discovered the Columbus Stompers gather there on Thursdays from 8-10p, so we elected Thursday as our weekly rehearsal night, joining 3 wonderful Columbus 'Families' together under one roof.  You will often find us taking our time leaving Wall Street after rehearsal, especially when there are great dancers & tight jeans distracting us on our way out!  Well, maybe we'll stay for one and watch..."

The 3rd floor worked well for Flaggots Ohio during the winter of 2004, but would be a challenge at times with limited lighting and an ever evolving storage space for Wall Street decorations and supplies. To promote another Win / Win, Eisert proposed a 'Cleaning Day' for the 3rd Floor to Billy Jones (manager) as a 'Thank You' for allowing them to use their indoor space during the winter.  Says Eisert, "We'll provide the 'elbow grease' if Wall Street provides the supplies!"  Sounds fair!  "The guys and I had to tough it up and play 'Lesbian' for a few hours.  Don't be fooled by our pointed toe and graceful motion, some of us like to get down and dirty once in a while...grrrrrrrrrrr!"  But of course, when you put brooms in the hands of ANY colorguard queen, you'll have a 'Cinderella Sweeping' dance or witness a Tim-MAY original...Grand Jete Ceiling Cleaning - 101!  Always an adventure...
