Booking the Flaggots

Want to add a little sassy color to your next event?  Do you have a certain theme or prop in mind and know we are just the FOlks for you?!?  Do you have a really, really, really big...stage?  Then let's see if we are able help you make your event just a bit splashier, shall we?!?

Flaggots LOVE to perform...

...but time and resources are not always on our side.  Just so we are able to provide the highest quality entertainment within our means, please review the following Invitation Requirements and related Fee Schedule prior to entering Event Information in the form that follows.  We’ll need a little time to see if our FOlks are willing and able, so sit tight and we’ll get back with you ASAP!

INVITATION REQUIREMENTS

 All Performance Invitations are subject to the availability of Performers and Creative Design Team.  Please submit your inquiry a minimum of Sixty (60) Days prior to your Event, and please...only if your performance area allows for ~7 ½ sq ft/performer * x-performers...with 20' ceiling minimum!

 Fee Schedule:

• $375 = One (1) 3-5 minute performance (total on/off stage, intro's, etc)~
• $475 = Two (2) 3-5 minute performances (8-10 minutes total)~
• $550 = Three (3) 3-5 minute performances (12-15 minutes total)~
• $625 = Four (4) 3-5 minute performances (15-18 minutes total)~

~Additional Fee required for Special Costumes, Props or Musical Selection requests.

 In addition, Flaggots Ohio, LLC asks that:

• Performance repertoire is determined by FO Creative Design Team unless otherwise contractually agreed upon by both parties.
• Flaggots Ohio Performing Members be admitted FREE to Events requiring paid admission

• Two (2) FO Videographers be admitted FREE to Events requiring paid admission
• One (1) FO Sound Technician be admitted FREE to Events requiring paid admission (if Event Sound System is unavailable)
• One (1) FO Support Person per every Four (4) FO Performers be admitted FREE to Events requiring paid admission
• Two (2) week timeframe granted from date of received proposal for Flaggots Ohio to accept or decline performance invitation.
• Signed Performance Contract (to accompany acceptance notification)
